Es gibt schon sehr viele Beschreibungen dazu im Netz. Ich habe zuerst mit der Idee gelieb\u00e4ugelt, das vollkommen selbst zu entwickeln, habe dass dann aber schnell verworfen. Es gibt sowohl Software als auch Hardware, die genau dass tut, was ich will. Und Zeit habe ich im Moment nicht allzuviel&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aufbau:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grunds\u00e4tzlich habe ich mich an den folgenden Beschreibungen orientiert:<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.herberts-n-projekt.de\/basteleien-1\/cnc-umbau-proxxon-mf70\">https:\/\/www.herberts-n-projekt.de\/basteleien-1\/cnc-umbau-proxxon-mf70<\/a><br><a href=\"http:\/\/willysgaragenorway.no\/2017\/09\/23\/tb6560-arduino-uno-wiring-diagram-more\/\">http:\/\/willysgaragenorway.no\/2017\/09\/23\/tb6560-arduino-uno-wiring-diagram-more\/<\/a><br><a href=\"https:\/\/diymachining.com\">https:\/\/diymachining.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr den Aufbau habe folgendes Vorgehen gew\u00e4hlt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Proxxon MF70 als Basis<\/li><li>Schrittmotoren vom Typ NEMA 17 (bei Amazon f\u00fcr je 14\u20ac)<\/li><li>Motorsteuerungen f\u00fcr die Schrittmotoren vom Typ 3A TB6560 (bei Amazon f\u00fcr je 4.65\u20ac)<\/li><li>Arduino Uno (bei playzone.ch f\u00fcr 28CHF)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Motorhalterungen:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Befestigungen f\u00fcr den NEMA 17 Schrittmotoren habe ich nach kurzer Suche als STL Files bei Thingiverse gefunden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thingiverse.com\/thing:408501\">https:\/\/www.thingiverse.com\/thing:408501<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die lassen sich gut bei Shapeways in &#8220;White Strong Flexible&#8221; drucken. Allerdings verziehen sich die Halterungen f\u00fcr die Schrittmotoren minimal und bei den sog. Drive Supports werden von Shapeways die Ecken als zu d\u00fcnn moniert. Ich habe &#8220;print anyway&#8221; gew\u00e4hlt und ohne Probleme drucken k\u00f6nnen. Die Teile passen sehr gut und eng zusammen und ich habe dass dann mit Epoxy verkleben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GoopyPlastic hat auf Youtube eine ganze Serie zur Demontage und Montage des CNC-Kits gepostet. Das hat mir beim auseinanderbauen sehr geholfen und zeigt wunderbar, wie man den Mechanischen Teil meistert. Unten eingebettet der Link zu der Playlist (9 Teile). GoopyPlastic hat diese Videos gedreht und er\/sie ist verantwortlich f\u00fcr deren Inhalt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube aligncenter wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"900\" height=\"507\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-US&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent&#038;listType=playlist&#038;list=PLYxf6JVpXtyO_PyjGGxkbttEl6JiWM5uO\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span>\n<\/div><figcaption>GoopyPlastic &#8211; CNC Conversion MF70<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alle Teile Zusammen haben bei Shapeways knapp 100\u20ac Druckkosten verursacht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mechanischer Aufbau:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also n\u00e4chstes kommt der mechanische Aufbau der Fr\u00e4se. Wenn man die Videos angeschaut hat, ist das alles in allem keine grosse Sache. Wichtig ist beim Zusammenbau sicherlich noch, dass die Gleitfl\u00e4chen der Schwalbenschwanzf\u00fchrungen und die Gewindestangen gut gefettet werden, damit alles leichtg\u00e4ngig l\u00e4uft und die Motoren genug Power haben. NEMA 17 Motoren sind sicher eher auf der Minimalistischen Seite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elektronik:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Elektronik wird in einem EURO Geh\u00e4use von 180mm x 205mm x 70mm untergrbracht und via USB an einen Laptop angeschlossen. Der Arduino ist mit Montage-Doppelklebeband eingeklebt. Die Motorentreiber sind an die Plastikwinkel geschraubt, die ich aus L-Profilen ausges\u00e4gt habe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Verkabelung erfolgt nach dem Schema, das ich hier bei Willys Garage gefunden habe: <a href=\"http:\/\/willysgaragenorway.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/tb6560pdf.pdf\">http:\/\/willysgaragenorway.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/tb6560pdf.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die gr\u00f6sste Problematik bestand f\u00fcr mich nun darin, rauszufinden, wie die Kabelfarben von meinen Schrittmotoren nun zu den Anschl\u00fcssen auf dem Treiber TB6560 passen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das erste Bild aus dem PDF zeigt den TB6560. Auf der Linken Seite ist die Stromversorgung (18V-36V) anzuschliessen. Unbedingt auf die Polung achten. Verpolen zerst\u00f6rt den Motortreiber&#8230; . Ich habe ein altes Dell Laptop-Netzteil mit 19V und 6.8A genommen. Ich verwende einen Schrittmotor vom Typ JK42HM48-1684. Ein Datasheet war online schnell gefunden. Die wichtigsten Daten f\u00fcr meinen Schrittmotor hier nochmal im Detail: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Arduino Seite (rechte Seite) habe ich entsprechend dem PDF angeschlossen, aber ein Vergleich mit dem Connection Diagram auf der GRBL Seite hat einen Unterschied bei den Limiten ergeben. Die drei Gr\u00f6sseren sind SW1 bis SW3 und die kleinen Dipschalter (rot) sind S1 bis S6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laut Datenblatt oben zieht der JK42HM48-1684 Motor 1.68A Strom. Daher habe ich die Spalte mit 1.6 gew\u00e4hlt. Der Schrumpfschlauch wird noch verl\u00e4ngert.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Software:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jetzt wird es interessant. Wir haben es mit mehreren Software-Komponenten zu tun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Auf dem Arduino l\u00e4uft die Steuersoftware GRBL<\/li><li>Auf dem PC l\u00e4uft das UserInterface, was sog. G-Code &#8211; also das CNC Programm an den Arduino per USB \u00fcbertr\u00e4gt.<\/li><li>Der G-Code kann z.B. durch eine CAM Software oder ein 3D-CAD System mit CAM Modul oder durch einen Text-Editor von Hand erstellt werden.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GRBL gibt es in der neuesten Version hier: <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/gnea\/grbl\">https:\/\/github.com\/gnea\/grbl<\/a> Wie man die auf den Arduino bekommt ist auf der Homepage von GRBL beschrieben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als User-Interface Software werde ich SerialCom CNC unter Windows und bCNC (https:\/\/github.com\/vlachoudis\/bCNC) auf dem MAC verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.serialcominstruments.com\/cnc.php\">http:\/\/www.serialcominstruments.com\/cnc.php<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Setup\/Tuning:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Teil ist anspruchsvoll, aber auch nicht sonderlich schwer. Hier wird die GRBL Software auf die Hardware angepasst und die Hardware eingestellt. Dazu sollte man unbedingt die Einleitung von <a href=\"https:\/\/diymachining.com\/start-here\/\">https:\/\/diymachining.com\/start-here\/<\/a> anschauen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Teil 1 zeigt den Grunds\u00e4tzliche Aufbau.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Teil 2 zeigt auf, wie man die Maschienparameter herausfindet und behandelt das Fine-Tuning.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Teil 3 behandelt die Feedrate und erkl\u00e4rt, wie man auf die richtigen Daten kommt.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Teil 4 zeigt, wie man ein erstes G-Code Programm laufen l\u00e4sst &#8211; Und wie man die Maschine testet.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr die MF-70 gibt es folgendes zu beachten, wenn man die Parameter f\u00fcr das Setting errechnen will. Die Gewindestangen sind normale M6 Gewindestangen. Damit bekommt man eine Steigung von 1mm je Umdrehung. Laut den Technischen Daten hat mein Schrittmotor eine Schrittweite von 0.9\u00b0 pro Schritt. Damit ergeben sich f\u00fcr 360\u00b0 &#8211; also eine Volle Umdrehung 400 Schritte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">360\u00b0\/0.9\u00b0 pro Schritt = 400 Schritte<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Damit lauten die errechneten Werte f\u00fcr die MF-70:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">$100=400 (x, step\/mm)<br>$101=400 (y, step\/mm)<br>$102=400 (z, step\/mm)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die &#8220;Aufl\u00f6sung&#8221; kann man mit Microstepping verbessern. Je nach dem, was auf dem TB6560 eingestellt ist, bedeutet das, dass die Werte noch mit dem entsprechenden Faktor multipliziert werden m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Werte werden per &#8220;Command-Line&#8221; auf den Arduino geschrieben. Das kann \u00fcber das UI geschehen. Unter &#8220;How to do it&#8221; beschreibt Tim das hier:<br><a href=\"http:\/\/diymachining.com\/grbl-steps-per-mm\/\">http:\/\/diymachining.com\/grbl-steps-per-mm\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr das Fine-Tuning brauche ich jetzt eigentlich noch einen Microtaster. Mal schauen, ob ich mir bei Amazon sowas anlache.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gestern Abend habe ich an der Fr\u00e4se weitergemacht und festgestellt, dass die Kunststoff-Muttern, die die Gewindestangen mit den Achsen verbinden &#8220;Mist&#8221; sind. Ich bin am \u00fcberlegen, ob ich das nun mit einer Mutter aus Metall repariere oder ob ich 8mm Achsen mit Trapezgewinde einbauen soll. Die Plastik-F\u00e4den links und rechts am Gewinde zeigen das deutlich. Die Maschine ist ca. 15 Minuten gelaufen.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lessons Learned: Eine &#8220;billige&#8221; China Fr\u00e4se in Ganzmetall-Ausf\u00fchrung w\u00e4re die bessere Wahl gewesen. Denn um das Problem zu l\u00f6sen brauche ich eigentlich eine Fr\u00e4se. Eine hochwertige M6 Schraube mit LINKSGEWINDE zu finden ist das Eine. Danach habe ich die Leitspindel-Mutter so geteilt, dass die mit 2K-Kleber zu fixieren war. Danach habe ich L\u00f6cher gebohrt und Gewinde geschnitten und so die Mutter am Spindelschlitten fixiert.
