Nach dem ich unter Bioggio eine neue Steuerung verbaut hatte, wurde im Verlauf des Aufbaus klar, dass sich die Servos nicht sauber justieren lassen. In der alten Art und Weise war zu wenig Stellweg vorhanden. In der Konsequenz haben sich dann 8 von 12 Servos verabschiedet und ihre Getriebe sind zerschmolzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neuer Servotyp:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als neuer Servo wurde der <strong>EMAX ES3054 Digital Servo<\/strong> ausgesucht. Beim Design habe ich mich an den Angaben von Weichen-Walter orientiert. Den Artikel kann man auf seiner Webseite finden: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.weichen-walter.de\/produkte\/weichenantriebe\/index.html\">https:\/\/www.weichen-walter.de\/produkte\/weichenantriebe\/index.html<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In den n\u00e4chsten Tagen werde ich den einen oder anderen Probedruck erstellen und dann die notwendigen 12 Halter drucken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00dcber den Einbau werde ich berichten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3D Druck (Produktion)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der 3D-Druck dauert etwa 2.4h und das Ergebnis ist nicht unbedingt h\u00fcbsch, aber funktionieren sollte es&#8230; Hier mal die 2.4h in knapp 35Sekunden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"900\" height=\"507\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/j0w2auCt1Sw?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-US&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gedruckt wurden die Halter auf einem Ender 5 Pro mit farbigem PLA der Firma 3djake.ch (Hausmarke). Dieses Filament l\u00e4sst sich gut verarbeiten. Das Bett hat beim Drucken eine Temperatur von 50\u00b0C und die D\u00fcse wird auf 200\u00b0C geheizt. Durch die Drehbewegung des Servos und den Umlenkpunkt an der Durchf\u00fchrung durch den Sockel ergibt sich an der Stellschwelle ein kleinerer Weg mit mehr Kraft. Das bedeutet, dass der Servo mit einem grossen Hebel (ca. 1:3 oder sogar 1:4) die Weiche stellt und die R\u00fcckstellkr\u00e4fte einen viel kleineren Hebel haben &#8211; der Servo also nicht so stark belastet wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vor dem Zusammenbau von Servo und Halter habe ich alle Bohrungen nachgebohrt um ein aufplatzen an den Schrauben zu vermeiden. Ausserdem habe ich das Loch f\u00fcr den Stelldraht angesenkt, damit hier nichts klemmen kann. Beim Montieren habe ich bemerkt, dass die Kabeldurchf\u00fchrung fast ein wenig knapp bemessen ist.
